KCO Organization Structure
The Kenyan Community in Ontario (KCO) is led by a Board of Directors and President/Executive Director, supported by governance committees and operational teams. Governance includes finance, newcomer support, events, housing, sports, and talent acquisition. Operationally, KCO is structured into four pillars: Local Programs (youth, mental health, poverty, sports), Global Programs (crisis response, medical missions, student exchange), Program Development & Grants (grant writing, project planning, evaluation), and Policy & Advocacy (housing, education, nutrition, newcomer support). Each pillar is overseen by an Assistant Director and program managers, working collaboratively to empower and support the Kenyan diaspora in Ontario and beyond.
